I heard episode 258 yesterday. Someone wrote in about waking up with IV marks on their arms and wondered if they were an alien hybrid. I've had the same IV marks a few times a year for many years now. I've also wondered if it's from someone or something alien that's studying me. I have a huge fear of needles. So, I'm definitely not doing it to myself and no one is staying in my home when it happens. Has anyone else had this happen and possibly have an explanation?
