Hi. I just finished listening to this episode earlier. Immediately, I heard there was a listener experience from Ontario, Canada and was instantly intrigued, as I also live in Ontario, having previously lived in Ottawa. I decided to write in with the hope the listener sees this. The lady who had this experience mentioned being informed she's an empath, being told she is light and to be cautious who she opens to. Being a very sensitive empath myself, I can shed light on this. Empaths are highly in tune with others, like a sixth sense about others...highly intuitive, and we absorb the energy of others, whether negative or positive. Our souls are very sensitive. For myself, having unexplained/paranormal experiences isn't uncommon. The suggestion regarding being cautious around others is very wise to heed, as we are often victims of narcissists/manipulators, attacked by others as a person. They see the light in us...I choose to describe this as a clash between good and evil. For myself, being an empath/introvert go hand in hand, as any toxic/negative energy from others literally drains me mind, body and soul. I avoid people at all costs for these reasons...it takes days of complete solitude to recover from negative/toxic energy and people. This listener also mentioned her love of walks in the woods at night...another empath trait...nature/solitude. I highly recommend researching empaths for a deeper understanding. I really enjoyed this specific story, creepy as it was. To the lady who wrote in with this experience, I'm not saying being an empath is a bad/negative thing...it absolutely can be a beneficial gift to possess.
