I just recently learned that there was a rebranding in 1998, which would explain this particular Mandela Effect. I'll leave this post here for future reference.

Thanks to a listener by the name of Marcus, I was given these two bits of interesting nostalgia that seem to verify that Tidy Cats was once called Tidy Cat.
